1. About these terms

These terms apply to sessions and packages booked with Humma’s Healing. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accept them. Please also read the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Humma’s Healing provides energy-based wellbeing sessions using the Emotion Code®. All sessions are currently carried out remotely by proxy. You do not need to attend a call or be online during your session. After each session you will receive a written summary by email, guidance on your expected processing period, access to the Aftercare page and the opportunity to ask follow-up questions by email within 7 days.

Sessions are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

3. Sessions and packages

• Single Session — £57.
• The Reset — 3 sessions, £153. Valid for 2 months from the first session.
• The Unfolding — 6 sessions, £274. Valid for 3 months from the first session. Sessions may be shared with family members.
• Heart-Wall Clearing — £120, covering the complete Heart-Wall Clearing process regardless of how many sessions are required. A full written summary is provided once complete.

The New Client Introductory Offer applies to your first booking only and cannot be combined with any other offer. The Unfolding is not included in the introductory offer. Prices are in pounds sterling.

4. Booking and payment

To book, you complete a short intake form and then pay in advance by PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Once payment is confirmed you will receive the information you need before your session, including your agreed session window.

5. Sessions for children, teens and others

I work with people of any age, including babies. Sessions for anyone under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, who makes the booking. If you book a session for another adult, you confirm that they have agreed to it. Sessions for animals are booked by the animal’s owner or carer.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed session window.

7. Cancellations and refunds

• If a single session or package has not yet commenced and cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the agreed session window, an 80% refund may be issued to account for preparation and administrative time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed session window are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-refundable once commenced and must be used within their stated validity period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.

8. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask for your session to take place within that 14-day period, you may be charged for any part of the service already provided. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Your wellbeing

You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Please continue any medical or professional care you are receiving and do not stop or change medication or treatment on the basis of a session. If you have concerns about your health, please speak to your GP or an appropriate professional.

10. Confidentiality

Everything you share and everything recorded in your session summary is kept confidential and handled in line with the Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone from serious harm.

11. Liability

Individual experiences and results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
